A New Pokémon Presents is Coming Next Week

According to The Pokémon Company, a new Pokémon Presents presentation will be taking place on August 18th. That’s less than a week away. They will be streaming it live on YouTube at 6:00 am PT / 9:00 am ET.

Their tweet references three upcoming games that will be featured. They include Pokémon Brilliant Diamond & Shining Pearl, as well as Pokémon Legends: Arceus. However, the announcement does not say whether any other titles will show up during the presentation. Pokémon trainers don’t have to wait long to find out more about their next adventures.

The upcoming event will finally give patient trainers more new insights, such as what awaits them when they return to the Sinnoh region in November. Pokémon Brilliant Diamond & Shining Pearl faithfully recreate the original DS games with current-gen graphics. Meanwhile, they also add some features from newer games to make the experience even better. As you explore Sinnoh, you can look forward to iconic tunes getting stuck in your head. This pair of games is set to arrive for Nintendo Switch on November 19th.

In addition to that, trainers will learn more about Pokémon Legends: Arceus, as well. Coincidentally, this adventure also takes place in the Sinnoh region. However, the events of this game are set in an era long before those of Pokémon Diamond and Pearl. As the adventure unfolds, you will create the first-ever Pokédex of the Sinnoh region. Meanwhile, the mystery of the mythical Arceus will begin to reveal itself. This game is currently set to launch on January 28th, 2022.
