The developer of A Hat in Time has announced via Twitter that the DLC for the Playstation and Xbox versions of the game will release on March 31st. Gears for Breakfast also stated that the Playstation 5 and Xbox Series X|S versions will get a performance boost up to 60fps. Both add-ons, named Seal the Deal and Nyakuza Metro, will be priced at $4.99 or €3.99 a piece.

The indie 3D platformer first launched on Playstation 4 and Xbox One in December 2017. The game later launched on Nintendo Switch in October 2019, and by November of that year both pieces of DLC were made available for that version. Only now have the other console versions finally caught up with the Switch and original PC release.
Seal the Deal includes a new chapter dubbed The Arctic Cruise, that provides a new level which takes place on a cruise ship. It also adds Death Wish mode, a series of extra hard bonus challenges. Nyakuza Metro adds a new chapter of the same name which takes place in a cat-themed urban environment, and is one of the largest levels in the game. Also included are stickers that can be used as emotes or to decorate screenshots.
