Which video games are long overdue for remakes? In this episode of the KeenGamer podcast, Alex and David ride the nostalgia train as they speculate reliving some golden oldies as glorious new experiences. Why is F-Zero overdue for a comeback? Keengamer Podcast 142 Games That Deserve RemakesSome video games do need to progress beyond the 1990s and early 2000s. Whether it’s to relive the franchise, enhance crazy mechanics or simply to hear the music in HD (yes, really), there are thousands of reasons to remake particular games. So Alex and David dive into their personal favorite, raging from the adrenaline rush of F-Zero to the menacing experience of Haunting Ground.

Before getting to the main topic, we of course first chat about what has been keeping us up both during the day – and the night. Alex sneaks in a fourth remake he is excited for, while David quickly grew obsessed over SEGA’s surprising take on the Sonic genre: The Murder of Sonic the Hedgehog. We talk ZeldaUNO, and diverge off-topic a healthy amount of times. Come join us!
