Blood and Wine is one of two Witcher 3: Wild Hunt expansion packs. The great thing about the Blood and Wine expansion is that it adds a whole new map to the game in the form of Toussaint. Toussaint is a duchy with scenic landscapes and mountain ranges ruled by the Palace of Beuclair. It’s a big map where you can find five Places of Power to amass more Ability Points with. Each POP will provide a +1 Ability Point bonus when you first draw from it. This is where you can find all the Places of Power in Witcher 3: Blood and Wine.

In the far north of Toussaint, there’s a Hanse base called Arthach Palace Ruins. You can find a Place of Power directly north of that location’s signpost at the spot shown directly below. The nearby Hanse outpost is crawling with bandits, but you don’t need to go there to reach this Place of Power. Just move directly north from the Arthach Palace Ruins signpost to find it.

If you fancy a big fight, you can also have a go at clearing out the nearby Hanse base as well. You can pick up tons of equipment to sell to blacksmiths and armorers from bandits you kill there. That’s also a location you’ll need to visit to complete the Scavenger Hunt: Grandmaster Feline Gear treasure hunt.
