Find the Twins’ Tombstones
The first thing you need to do is get back to the graveyard in front of the church and locate the twins’ tombstones. They are very distinctive, since they are identical to one another and they’re obviously right next to each other. See the screenshot below for the exact location of the twins’ tombstones.

Destroy the Symbols
Once you’re right in front of the tombstones, destroy the symbols that mark each grave. You can use your knife if you wish to avoid wasting bullets on this matter. Once you’re done with this, go back to any of the merchant’s several locations and interact with him to complete the request and claim your rewards for doing so.
