The Dragon Ball FighterZ Season 3 Pass has many new features and characters that’s changed the meta of the game. The roster in this game continues to grow with Kefla and Ultra Instinct Goku already confirmed. More characters are currently in development, leaving fans guessing who the other characters might be. Here are 4 characters we want in Dragon Ball FighterZ.
1. Goku’s Older Brother: Raditz
Raditz is one of the forgotten characters in the Dragon Ball series. He made a big introduction at the start of Dragon Ball Z, but was quickly written off. He was nothing more than a set-up for Vegeta and Nappa. However, other forgotten characters like Nappa are in the game. So there’s some hope for Raditz to join in, too. It’d give him some spotlight that he hasn’t had in years. There’s also a nice opportunity to add in a dramatic finish between Raditz and Piccolo.
2. The Parasite: Baby
Dragon Ball GT doesn’t have a good relationship with the majority of fans, myself included. One of the few shining moments of that show was Baby. Baby was an interesting villain. Him absorbing Vegeta’s body and making it his own was unique and could give some cool ideas for what his moveset could be. This game has GT Goku, so there’s a chance that more characters from Dragon Ball GT will be added in. Out of all the characters from Dragon Ball GT, Baby is the most popular pick in my eyes.
3. The Turtle Hermit: Master Roshi
Master Roshi not being a playable character in this game is crazy when you think about it. Roshi is one of the most recognizable characters and is the creator of the most iconic move of the series, the Kamehameha Wave. Throughout the series, he’s showcased that he can hang with the toughest of fighters. His moveset could be centered around his staff and some of his old techniques from Dragon Ball. If there’s one character that should’ve been in this game since its release, it’s Master Roshi.
4. The “World Champ”: Hercule Satan
This isn’t a joke, I think Hercule would be a great addition to this game for many reasons. For one, he’s contributed a few big moments in the series that people often overlook. The most famous act he’s done was befriending Majin Buu, one of the biggest threats in the Dragon Ball Z. He also brings in some good comedic relief in a series that’s mostly about fighting. I know he’d be a weird character, but I welcome it. Fighting games like Street Fighter and Smash Bros. have at least one character that seems out of place, but plays well within the games. Hercule could be a one of a kind character if they gave him the wacky moveset he had in the previous Dragon Ball fighting games.
