League of Legends are known for many toxic players and now they will get even harder life. If you are a bad, bad person then you will suffer of not being able to play ranked games. And of course you will become also chat restricted. What's more you could be ineligible to receive rewards at the end of the season.

What should help you? Play more games being polite or at least not rude and you will get back ranked queues.
