Just when one thinks that Nintendo couldn't add any more to two highly-successful Switch titles, they incorporate them into virtual reality.
Announced by the official Nintendo of America Twitter account, the Nintendo Labo VR kit will become compatible with Super Mario Odyssey and The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild in a free update on April 25th. The tweet (shown below) showcases other minor details as to what players can expect before downloading the update.
For Super Mario Odyssey, players will be provided a "bite-size" adventure that involves collecting coins and music notes in three all-new mini-missions, returning to classic areas such as the Cap, Luncheon, and Seaside Kingdoms. For Breath of the Wild, the video implies that one will be able to experience the entirety of the game completely within VR, which makes for an experience quite unlike any Nintendo title in its vast history.
