Therefore to put you out of your misery, eager fans will be able to play the title on March 9th 2019. Additionally, Capcom have showcased some of the gameplay in a new trailer, with the game being playable at this year’s Gamescom. DMC 5 will join a whole host of game’s that will be releasing in the first quarter of 2019, such as Metro Exodus and Anthem.
The game itself takes place several years after the fourth title and will see the return of characters like Dante and Nero. Like previous games in the fan-favourite franchise, it will focus on ‘fast-paced stylish action’ as you fight off hoards of demons using a variety of different attacks and weapons. Furthermore, DMC 5 will include Nero’s new robotic hand, known as “Devil Breaker”, created by the new agency’s engineer Nico as a replacement for his previous “Devil Bringer” arm. The trailer below places a significant amount of emphasis on this.
DMC 5 will be coming to PlayStation 4, Xbox One and Windows PC in March of next year. The upcoming title is developed and published by Capcom.
