What's better than racing? The only answer to that is futuristic racing. But, if that doesn't fully satisfy your cravings, what if you could drive anywhere? Lightfield is looking to make that a reality with its unique level design which allows you to make your own path throughout the course driving on walls, tunnels and sci-fi architecture.
That doesn't mean things are going to be simple, only through mastery of your gravity ship will you be able to make it to the top of the leaderboard and claim all the fame and glory that comes with the spot at number one!
The game is looking to offer three unique ways to play. The normal racing experience will be offered along with a basic time trial mode. The unique part and what sounds like absolute bliss is the ability to just go out and explore the beautiful world created for you to get lost in. To go along with the beautiful world is captivating and enjoyable electronic music to immerse yourself in.
Also offered in this wonderful package is an online multiplayer mode where you can race against others. Also offered is the ability to chill out on the couch and have a friend come over and start-up the local co-op offered by the game. The actual inclusion of co-op for offline is an amazing attribute for a game to have in these days where the offline co-op is a thing of the past.
Lightfield will be available on the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One on September 26th.
