Fallout 4 is a great game. However, it has a surprisingly small amount of cool looking end game armor to really drive that “king of the wasteland” feel you should be getting at the end. This list takes care of that, so without further ado, let’s dive into it shall we?
Also, for an added bonus, be sure to check out our part 2 of top 10 armor mods and a list of top 10 weapon mods for Fallout 4 to go along with them. For added protection, we also have a top 10 power armor mods for you to check out.
Vanilla drifter outfit is like the signature dirty Fallout 4 clothing. With Dark Drifter outfits mod, drifter outfits come in multiple, cleaner, more detailed variations while still retaining that wasteland feel, only a bit more badass.
If you want a vault jumpsuit to be a bit more high-techy, then Prudy Vault Jumpsuit is the mod for you. It’s highly detailed and features a nice mesh texture. Vault jumpsuits don’t have to be boring.
Wasteland operator is a highly detailed retexture of the Railroad armor and the assault gas mask. It’s completely lore friendly while still offering a unique armor fit for a badass ranger sniper dealing wasteland justice in his own way.
The only skimpy mod on this list comes in the form of Spartan sniper outfit. It features a perfect combination of skimpiness and clothing + armor. The skin shown is more of a sexy tease than outright nudity but I think we can all agree that it looks great.
While most mods on this list are more or less lore friendly. Batman Beyond is well beyond the lore. I mean, it’s the Batman. In Fallout. Knightmare Batman is a bit more believable in terms of game setting with the old worn out coat and whatnot. Both mods are very detailed and are just what the wasteland deserves and needs.
I find these two mods a bit similar so they both take the number 4 spot. Female only, Kerrigan bodysuit brings a tiny piece of Starcraft to Fallout 4. An insanely detailed and cool looking piece at that. Courser X-92 power suit mod, on the other hand, comes in both male and female versions. It also has consumable power cores that significantly boost your character stats to be on par with what a courser should be – an unstoppable killing machine, plus it looks badass.
Black Widow armor comes complete with a backstory. And everything about it screams story, from that insane three-eyed mask to the “till death” mouthpiece. It looks absolutely stunning, fitting for an assassin type character.
Sirius Assault suit, besides looking absolutely stunning and featuring a fully functional helmet that opens and closes depending on whether you are in a combat or non-combat stance also features significant improvements to your stats. Get ready to jump across rooftops and feel like a genuine super human while wearing this suit.
2. Nanosuit 6.2
Nanosuit mod has it all. Different variations of suits, all with different abilities and stats? Check. Functional as well as cosmetic accessories? Check. Looking absolutely badass? Double check. Just look at it.
Author L0rd0fWar easily takes the top spot on this list with the Mercenary pack mod. Easily my favorite Fallout 4 armor mod that features a couple of completely lore friendly, insanely detailed armors. They also have a bunch of accessories and changeable colors.
