Scanned images of Game Informer's upcoming magazine reveal that Assassin's Creed Origins is launching on October 27th, 2017. In addition, the game will introduce camel riding as you go through Egyptian lands as well as a deeper RPG focus for upgrading your character.

Ubisoft becomes the victim of yet another major leak. By the time they show the new Assassin's Creed Origins game at their presser, they might just find a collective smirk across the audience. New information has stepped into the light that reveal not only the imminent game's release date but also additional juicy info. Apparently a scanned upcoming Game Informer issue was leaked big time. It confirms that Assassin's Creed Origins will definitely be the name and that it will release on October 27, 2017. Check out the scanned images below.

In addition to the release date, the game will have some of the following features:

A more dynamic world
camel riding introduced
Underwater swimming
Animals can attack other animals
More RPG centric for skill points
Can use a shield to deflect arrows and can also use arrows stuck to the shield
Tomb raiding
Optimized for Scorpio

It appears that the main character is named Bayek with a hint for additional playable characters. The new Assassin's Creed takes place in Egypt and you will travel to both Memphis and Alexandria.
