Take-Two Shares E3 Plans And GTA V Sales Milestone
Looks like this year a number of companies are looking to not disappoint gamers worldwide by announcing some important information prior to the show. In the case of some, the announcement of new games to be shown there as well as release dates hint that their show may have been reserved for new IPs. Developers such as Ubisoft already told us that Far Cry 5 and The Crew 2 will be shown at the show and possibly released this year while others such as Sony have already made sure that games such as Uncharted: The Lost Legacy or Nex Machina's release dates are given prior to the show. In this case, Take-Two announces that they will show no new games at E3 in order to quell expectations. This comes as a big surprised as their new game, Red Dead Redemption 2 release window for early 2018 was recently given.

In other news, the successful open world studio, revealed that the hit-series latest installment Grand Theft Auto V has now sold over 80 million units worldwide. The vast amount makes the Grand Theft Auto one of the biggest and strongest gaming franchises of all time. Just a bit of celebratory news that are a bit disappointing as E3 is where gamers look for the best news coming from their favorite developers and games. We can only hope that Take-Two does not rest in its laurels.

What do our readers think about the lack of games being shown by Take-Two at this upcoming E3? Let us know below.

They could probably scrap Red Dead 2, and just continue to rely on GTA V sales for the next five years without much issue. Their games make more on their 4th year than most new games on their first year. Ridiculous.

Only Take-Two can do this. The makers behind Grand Theft Auto were geniuses and have achieved what no other franchise can do.
