Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare was off to a bit of a rough start on day one of the multiplayer beta due to severe matchmaking issues which were met with a lot of upset Tweets. Since Friday, the beta's matchmaking has been improving, but that is not what we're talking about today.
Today saw the addition of the map "Precinct," a medium-sized map that uses interiors and the winding backstreets as primary locations for combat.
Along with this map addition, the game mode Kill Confirmed was added, and old favorite from past titles.
Maps that are already available for play in this beta include Frontier, Frost, and Throwback. Game modes already available in the beta include Team Deathmatch, Domination, and Defender, which is a new mode centered around capturing and defending a held drone from attackers while gaining points.
Currently, three of the six available rigs are available in the beta; Warfighter, Merc, and Synaptic, with each of the three being able to equip one payload and one trait for varied play styles.

Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare is scheduled to release on November 4 for PlayStaion 4, PC, and Xbox One. Users that pre-ordered the game will have access to the multiplayer beta, and PS4 users who pre-ordered will also get the remastered version of Call of Duty: Modern Warfare.
