Publisher Adult Swim Games announced yesterday that it will be backing ToeJam and Earl: Back in the Groove, the sequel to the Sega Genesis game that released in 1991.

To celebrate the title, which was successfully funded via Kickstarter in 2015, the publisher released a new teaser for the game, as well as a prospective release date of 2017 for PC and console.
