An all new Nintendo Direct for Pokemon was revealed today for this Friday at 7 AM PT. Celebrating the 20 Years of Pokemon.

So it has been since November since we had a new Nintendo Direct, and even though this one isn't what we were expecting. We weren't actually expecting a specific Direct for a certain game, or series, in a long while, because many of us Nintendo fans myself included was hoping for a big Nintendo Direct talking about all the new and upcoming games for Nintendo, which since we're having the Pokemon Direct this month celebrating the 20th anniversary so that means that we'll probably have that huge Nintendo Direct sometime in March, but if they don't do it in March then I have a feeling we'll not get one until around E3 with possibly a pre E3 Direct just like they did last year, before E3.

Now as for what we're going to see at this Direct. We'll probably see some stuff for Pokkén Tournament maybe a new trailer, Maybe some new details on Pokemon Go that's a game we still don't know much about we still don't know when it's coming out or how it will play. Now I'm not whether to get my hopes up for whether or not we'll see Pokemon Z, because we know that's next game for the main franchise coming out, and we've had all these new Pokemon shown, and the new Pokemon anime XY&Z. So I don't know what to say about, because it's unknown whether we'll see it or not. Let me know what you guys think do you think we'll see Pokemon Z or not. Also I seriously hope we get an English trailer for Detective Pikachu that game looks great, and I just really want that game coming out to the west, and see who'll be voicing Pikachu. There is one thing that I hope is shown and that is Pokemon Amiibo cards. I know that there's a ton of Pokemon Amiibo, but I would really like to see Amiibo cards I mean we already have the Shadow Mewtwo Amiibo card coming out for Pokkén Tournament, because this could definitely be used as the trading cards, and a new collection. I would like to see if the Amiibo card works for Pokkén Tournament, could it possibly be used for future games.

So let me know what your thoughts on this upcoming direct, and what do you think we'll? Also make sure to put a reminder for this Friday at 7 AM PT (10 AM ET) so that way you don't miss the Pokemon Direct. It it will be available to watch on Nintendo's YouTube channel so make sure you go subscribe to their channel, they also got some really good content there so go check it out.
