PUBG has been receiving multiple updates recently to bolster overall performance and add many new items and emotes among other things. The latest update has gone live on PC and will be available to Xbox One players soon after. Some highlights include a brand new in games friends list.
Other patch highlights add brand-new emotes and achievements to the game as well. A new main menu voice chat option is also available for players to speak before heading into matches. These updates come soon after the development team's efforts to stop piracy didn't quite go as planned.
These updates will hopefully help bolster overall popularity of the game also. The game is starting to wane in popularity in comparison of other games such as Fortnite Battle Royale. It may take more than a few new updates to convince people to come back to the game.
