Hosted by Hannah Hart, this panel consisted of the game's co-writers, Neil Druckmann and Halley Gross(Westworld) as well as the voice actors for Joel (Troy Baker), Ellie (Ashley Johnson), Yara (Victoria Grace), Lev (Ian Alexander), and Anna (Laura Bailey). While the event had it's share of laughs and push back from Druckmann not to reveal any info from the game, fans did receive some reconfirmations and big reveals.

Voice Actors

First, Druckmann reconfirmed that Yara and Lev are siblings. Hart questioned Druckmann about the characters relationship and Druckmann went so far as to say that the likenesses of Yara and Lev's voice actors were blended together to create a closer resemblance. Furthermore, regarding voice actors, it was shown that Laura Bailey was hung during mo-cap with a harness and tight noose around her throat the create the neck constrictions seen in the trailer as well as realistic guttural noises of struggle.

Story

Regarding the plot and story of the game, Druckmann reconfirmed that Ellie is 19 years old in the game and confirming the viral Reddit fan theory, Druckmann revealed that a large part of the game takes place in Seattle. Moreoever in a somewhat purposefully cryptic reveal on Druckmann's part, he says his co-writer had some interesting ideas, "After the first day Halley goes home and talks to her husband and she's like 'I think I got someone pregnant'. And you'll see what that means…" Druckmann refused to comment further on the matter, leaving the fans and media to deduce and theorize. Bottom line: a character in the game is or becomes pregnant. Later, Druckmann commented on the overall theme of the game saying that the game is about hate and a sense of pursuing justice and the gray lines between good and bad.

Production

When pressed about the current state of production Druckmann vaguely exclaimed that they have completed 50 – 60% of the game. However, he came up with the percentage on the spot and seemed less-than-sure of it. However in a more confident and reluctant reveal, he closed the show by confirming that E3 2018 will see gameplay footage.
