Anohana English Dub Announced At Otakon 2017

The critically acclaimed series that made every anime fan everywhere cry is finally getting an English dub and Blu-ray release here in the West. Best yet: we won't have to wait long until it comes out.

A Blu-ray box set for anohana – The Flower We Saw That Day  featuring all-new English dubs was announced at the Aniplex industry panel at Otakon this past weekend.

Written and directed by Patrick Seitz, the set includes a 60-page deluxe booklet, rigid box, and "package" illustrated by character designer Masayoshi Tanaka, who's created visuals for other critically acclaimed anime like Your Name, Sword Art Online, and Gurren Lagann.

anohana's English cast includes the likes of Xanthe Huynh as Menma, Erica Lindbeck as Anaru, Ray Chase as Yukiatsu, Erica Mendez as Tsuruko, Kaiji Tang as Poppo, and Griffin Burns as Jintan. Full details for the Blu-ray release can be found below:
