is an independent studio creating videogames and apps for PC and mobile platforms, exploring the possibilities of Virtual Reality technology.
The studio was created in July 2014 when Aleksander Caban and Blazej Szaflik left the team of Farma 51 Studio in order to start develop their own brand and image. Studio's first authorial project is a game A.L.I.C.E. created for the VR JAM competition organized by the Oculus Rift. A.L.I.C.E. is a short adventure game based on exploration and dedicated to Samsung Gear VR. During the journey, the player finds himself on an alien planet that is on the verge of annihilation, where he has to deal with solving lots of puzzles and making some difficult decisions.
After the warm reception that the mobile game received, authors has decided to develop it even further, and as a result, a new game ALICE VR has been created, but this time it is dedicated to the Oculus Rift and PCs. The game is now in advance stage of development with about 10 people working on the title. Carbon Studio had the pleasure of presenting the beta of ALICE VR during the International Game Arena in Poznan, known as PGA, in 2015.
The second sector of Carbon Studio's interests is architectural visualizations. We create inside/outside visualisations of buildings, as well as whole estates. Thanks to the VR technology, the customers can walk inside an apartment and experience it, although it hasn't been built yet.
