The host for this year's The Game Awards Geoff Keighley announced on his Twitter account that the upcoming game in The Legend of Zelda series The Legend of Zelda: Breath of The Wild will be shown at this year's The Game Awards.
This actually isn't the first time that Breath of The Wild has made an appearance at The Game Award. The game made an appearance last year, but they had only shown a bit of the gameplay, since then we've seen tons of gameplay during this year's E3 so unlike before we've seen what the game is like, and we will probably see more new gameplay on Thursday. My problem is are they just gonna show more of what the game is or will we see more than what was shown back during E3 such as the story, characters, dungeons, towns, and side quests. However, I highly doubt it, because they're probably will save that for the January press release.
Hopefully, we will find out when The Game Awards air this Thursday at 8:30 PM EST (5:30 PM PST).
The Legend of Zelda: Breath of The Wild will be available for the Wii U and the Nintendo Switch in 2017.
