Total War: Warhammer Wood Elves teaser exposed
A few days ago Creative Assembly uploaded a series of small photos to their Instagram account. Which is not at all an unusual event, after game developers want to advertise their products. But a growing number of Total War: Warhammer fans see it as a sure sign that the Wood Elves are fast approaching or at the very least a teaser trailer of some kind like what Creative Assembly did for the Beastmen awhile back on their Twitter. All the images really show are a door in the middle of a forest (well-known haunts for Wood Elves) but the proof that most fans are latching onto is in the website directory. It's in the top left of the photo at the bottom of the article, the last string reads WEF_Teaser, which a lot of people are now saying stands for Wood Elf Faction Teaser.

And as you could imagine, those dedicated fans who first figured it out have taken to Reddit to voice their excitement and glee, while at the same time voicing their mild displeasure that Bretonnia (one of the most iconic human factions) is still not present in the game. But as one smart young fellow in the forums said:

"Yes Bretonnia is on back burner as an FLC no revenue for CA(Creative Assembly.) CA gets a lot of sales in the first month then they tail off. CA could use Bretonnia plus a Wood Elves campaign pack to boost sales leading up to Christmas which is a busy period as well for sales."

There's no word on when we can expect the Wood Elves to be announced officially, but what with the holiday season starting to come around I'm sure we'll be seeing something sooner than you'd think.
