EA Access adds more games to the free game vault

Along with the PopCap Throwback Pack, players can expect to see Star Wars Battlefront, EA Sports UFC 2, and Mirror's Edge Catalyst added later this year.

EA Access adds more games to the free game vault
Electronic Arts announced the release of a few blockbuster titles consisting of Star Wars Battlefront, EA Sports UFC 2, and Mirror's Edge Catalyst becoming available later this year; and they're kicking it off with the release of the EA Access throwback pack.

This pack has made the following PopCap arcade games available in the EA Access free game vault:
  • Heavy Weapon
  • Bejeweled 2
  • Bejeweled 3
  • Feeding Frenzy
  • Feeding Frenzy 2
  • Zuma

On a final note for this update, EA also mentioned they will have 10 hours of early-access play of Battlefield 1​ starting on October 13, just over a week before its official release on October 21.

The current list of free games in the EA Access free game vault are:

  • Deadspace
  • DragonAge: Inquisition
  • EA Sports UFC
  • FIFA 14
  • FIFA 15
  • FIFA 16

  • NHL 16
  • Need for Speed
  • Need for Speed Rivals
  • Peggle 2
  • Plants vs. Zombies
  • Plants vs. Zombies Garden Warfare
  • Plants vs. Zombies Garden Warfare 2
  • Rory McIlroy PGA Tour
  • SSX
  • Titanfall
  • Unravel
With 25 games getting an additional 6 in this update, with a few more coming later this year, the EA Access game vault has a wide selection of titles to play. Unfortunately for those on Origin Access, EA's PC platform, Star Wars Battlefront ​and EA Sports ​​​UFC 2​​​ ​will not be available.
