Street Fighter V - summer skins and Juri news

Street Fighter V players will have to master a new hero soon as Capcom has announced Juri, a returning character from Street Fighter IV. In the previous installment of the game series, Juri was introduced as a provocative S.I.N. agent from South Korea. Her actions were driven by hatred towards M.Bison as she sought revenge for the murder of her parents. The developers have prepared a story free story DLC for players wanting to uncover Juri's storyline in Street Fighter V.

Here’s Juri’s reveal trailer:

Juri returns to Street Fighter V with a brand new look and some tricks up her sleeves. Her trademark moves are her ki-based fireball attack and pinwheel kick. Here’s highlights of her set:

V-Skill: Kasatsushu

  • Juri builds charges up and rushes at the opponent, kicking them from behind. Juri can choose to charge Kasatsushu by holding down the V-Skill command. During this charge, she can cancel Kasatsushu at any time by inputting a forward or backward dash. Additionally, she maintains her charge level after the cancel.

V-Trigger: Feng Shui Engine Type Alpha

  • Juri activates the Feng Shui Engine, which allows her to cancel all of her standard attacks, both in the air and on the ground, into one another. In addition, each strength of her Fuharenkyaku attacks will remain in their charged state.

Critical Art – Sakkai Fuhazan

  • Juri kicks out a large slicing blast towards the opponent that hits multiple times.

Apart from the new fighter, Capcom also announced a bunch of new summer skins. New summer skins are for Cammy, Laura, and Ibuki (you can see Cammy's skin at the top of the article as a cover image):
