Ubisoft will go hard on cheaters in Tom Clansy's The Division
Previously, those violating the game’s EULA would find themselves suspended for a 14-day period. That’s no longer the case as Ubisoft Massive has finally decided to implement severe measures when fighting cheaters. From now on, the permanent ban is the state of the game’s license that every The Division cheater will experience. The developer has stated that the ban hammer will be unleashed on first offense.

While this is a very welcomed move from Ubisoft, time will tell if this is enough to repair the damage that is already done by cheaters. Earlier this year, you would very often see the news reporting another new bug or exploit found and abused by The Division players.
